Movie News - Despite Rumors, No Plans For "The Holiday" Sequel - Kate Winslet and writer/director Nancy Meyers have both stepped up to shut down claims a sequel to the smash hit 2006 film, "The Holiday", is in the works - after it was claimed the original cast were reuniting for a new movie.  Fans went nuts after it was reported stars Cameron Diaz, Jude Law, Kate Winslet, and Jack Black were all on board for the sequel - a sequel that was supposedly held up by Diaz' retirement from acting. Diaz has since been dipping her toes back into the movie-making pool - appearing in an upcoming Jamie Foxx film, "Back In Action" - thus the rumors.  But Kate told People magazine, 'I read something about that, but it’s the first I’ve heard of it. I promise you not an agent or a representative or anyone from the first one around has had any conversation with me about that. Hand on heart, that’s never come up.' Writer/director Meyers also took to Instagram to shut down rumors of a sequel, saying, "So many DM’s about this - sorry but it’s not true."

Michelle Yeoh Is "Time's" Icon Of The Year - Michelle Yeoh has been named TIME magazine's "Icon of the Year" for 2022 - a special category in the magazine’s annual Person Of The Year issue.  In her TIME interview, the "Everything All At Once" star discussed the power of representation, specifically the fact that no Asian woman has ever won Best Actress at the Academy Awards. Yeoh has a better-than-good chance to change that. "I’ve thought about it," she said. "And not just me - I feel like my full Asian community has thought about it. They come up to me and they say, 'You’re doing it for us.'"  She went on: "When you get an opportunity like this, you have to pour your heart and soul into it, because you don’t know when the next chance is... I think that is my biggest fear: Please don’t let this be the one and only."

Television Group to continue her work on Abbott and create and develop new content.

Brunson wows on the cover and in the interview as well, pulling off looks like a dazzling Gucci gown, Jimmy Choo sandals, Boucheron earrings and rings in one segment, and a vibrant red Dolce & Gabbana dress, Christian Louboutin sandals, BVLGARI earrings and rings.

More Women Come Forward, Suing Bill Cosby For Sex Assault - New York State has a new law, passed last month, called "New York's Adult Survivors Act", which allows adult survivors of sexual abuse a one-year window to sue their abusers even if the statute of limitations on their claims has expired. Which is why Bill Cosby is back in the news.  Two actresses on "The Cosby Show" are among five women who filed a lawsuit against Cosby in New York state court Monday accusing him of sexual assault and abuse dating back decades.  The lawsuit is brought by actresses Lili Bernard and Eden Tirl as well as Jewel Gittens, Jennifer Thompson and Cindra Ladd. The suit names as defendants Cosby and the media companies NBCUniversal Media, Kaufman Astoria Studios and The Carsey-Werner Company, which together ran "The Cosby Show" from 1984 to 1992. The suit accuses Cosby of assault, battery, infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment and accuses the media companies of negligence. In a statement, Cosby spokesman Andrew Wyatt called the lawsuit “frivolous” and denied the allegations.  "Mr. Cosby continues to vehemently deny all allegation(s) waged against him and looks forward to defending himself in court.” Cosby spent three years in prison on previous assault charges before having his conviction overturned in 2021.

Ant Anstead, Christina Hall Call Off Custody Trial, Agree To Settlement - Christina Hall & her ex-husband Ant Anstead have reached an agreement over custody of their child Hudson and will avoid a messy court trial, according to Radar Online. According to court documents obtained by the website, the exes informed the court on November 18th they have hashed out a deal to modify their 2021 custody order.  The move comes months after Anstead demanded full custody of their 2-year-old son Hudson. In court documents, he accused Hall of creating a dangerous environment for their child. Anstead said Hall often left him in the dark about issues with Hudson — specifically, her alleged failure to disclose their child had been exposed to COVID. He said her lack of disclosure caused problems for his girlfriend Renée Zellweger who was shooting a television show at the time.  In the new agreement both will continue to share joint legal and joint physical custody of Hudson. Per their deal, on Thanksgiving, their son will be with Hall in even-numbered years and Anstead in odd-numbered years. The exes will do the same for Christmas. Hall and Anstead finalized their divorce in June 2021. The two were married on September 22, 2018.

Amy Robach Had "Morning Show" Plotline For Reese Witherspoon - As we told you, "GMA" co-anchors Amy Robach and TJ Holmes were benched Monday after revelations went public about their romantic involvement - though the two are both currently married. But perhaps Amy was dropping clues people are just now picking up on in hindsight.  In a resurfaced clip of an interview with "The Morning Show" star Reese Witherspoon from two months back, Robach told her, "We can give you a few more plot lines," when asked if they were fans of the newsroom series. Witherspoon responded with, "Yes, email me girl!" Within weeks, it was revealed that co-hosts Roback and Holmes were in a relationship.  A source later revealed that both hosts had separated in August from their partners: Robach from actor Andrew Shue and Holmes from attorney Marilee Fiebig. At present, there is no word on if or when the two will return to the "Good Morning America" set.

Jesse James, Bonnie Rotten On Again, Off Again Divorce is On Again - We told you yesterday the divorce between Jesse James and Bonnie Rotten had been called off. And it had - we promise. But a day later, it's back on.  One day after filing for divorce, the former adult star had second thoughts, went back to the courthouse and called the divorce off. A day after that, she went back to the same courthouse, and refiled. If you're having trouble keeping up, we get it. As of now, the two are divorcing.  The whole thing started last week when a pregnant Bonnie went through Jesse's phone and found some text messages she didn't like - texts to exe's and other women. When cooler heads prevailed, Bonnie admitted there was nothing really incriminating in the texts - and maintained that she loved Jesse and wanted to work on their marriage. For Jesse's part, he said he never strayed (though he has a well-documented history of being a serial cheater).  In the last 24 hours, something must have changed, because it's game on - again - for the divorce proceedings. No word yet on what turned second thoughts into third thoughts.

Well, Eyles didn’t listen and drove it on a country road… where it skidded out of control and rolled down an embankment. Eight months later, he’s being hit with 11 charges, including careless driving and driving a defective vehicle and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. Cops also found five of his cars to be defective, and seized two of them.  Eyles did kinda admit he was wrong. “Obviously, I f**ked up – I Shouldn’t have driven the car on the road. I was happy to take the fine, but then they kept digging, and digging, and digging,” he said. “All my cars are off the road because they’re all bloody dangerous, apparently. You gotta just be a bit more careful about what you do online – you’re in the spotlight all the time.”

Mariah Carey Narrowly Avoids Wardrobe Malfunction With "On Stage Improv" - Mariah Carey didn’t let a little wardrobe malfunction deter her from spreading some holiday cheer Monday, as the diva made a surprise appearance at the Moët & Chandon holiday party inside New York’s Lincoln Center. The singer kicked off the surprise set with her verse on Latto’s “Big Energy (Remix),” playfully rapping along to some of Latto’s lines, before pausing the show to address a broken strap on her Jonathan Simkhai dress.  “Oh my gosh. It was very, very close to being a full-on scandal! But we made it work,” the exasperated diva said in a video posted to her social media. “But we got it back. And everybody was super professional, we got on stage, with glorious jewelry…I just had to make up a little song about, like, ‘We makin’ dresses, da da da da-aa,’ I don’t know what it is. But, you know, it was just a freestyle moment. It is what it was. It’s nothing great but let me just tell you this: We made it.”  Dress malfunction saved (by a carefully-set safety pin of course), Carey continued her set with a mash-up of “Heartbreaker” and “Honey”, before leading a sing-along in the theater to the Valentine’s Day mix of her number-one hit, “We Belong Together.”

So much so that Mangold didn’t mince words on the social media platform, writing: “One more time. No one is ‘taking over’ or replacing Indy or donning his hat, nor is he being ‘erased’ through some contrivance,” Mangold wrote. “And he never was, not in any cut or script — but trolls will troll — that’s how they get their clicks.”  Mangold went on to rip on Internet “trolls,” calling them “a-holes” and accusing them of “trying to make [money] off your feelings about other films and culture war politics.” And while the new installment will be Harrison Ford’s final one as the hero, Mangold is telling everyone pushing the replacement theory to “let it go.”

That boost accounts for almost 300,000 new viewers.  Meanwhile, insiders claim there is even more drama behind the scenes at “GMA 3.” US Weekly claims Robach believes co-worker Lara Spencer is to blame for her sudden suspension. Man Who Shot Lady Gaga’s Dog Walker Sentenced to 21 Years in Prison - The man who shot Lady Gaga’s dog walker and stole her French bulldogs last year, James Howard Jackson, took a plea deal and was sentenced to 21 years in prison yesterday. Apparently the fact that the French bulldogs belonged to Lady Gaga was pure coincidence, according to authorities. According to officials, the motive was the value of the French bulldogs, a breed that can run into the thousands of dollars, and detectives do not believe the thieves knew the dogs belonged to the musician.  Ryan Fischer, Lady Gaga’s dog walker, has since recovered from the incident earlier this year. At the time, he said that the singer had done “so much” to help him recover - including covering his hospital bills. Lady Gaga’s dogs were also returned shortly after they were stolen.  "She's helped me so much," Fischer said of Gaga. "She's been a friend for me. After I was attacked, my family was flown out. I had trauma therapists flown to me. I stayed at her house for months while friends comforted me and security was around me.”
