"Insidious: Out of the Further" Popcorn Bucket Revealed - The popcorn bucket for “Insidious: Out of the Further” has arrived, featuring the Lipstick-Face Demon, and it will be available at select Regal and AMC theaters. The horror-themed lineup will also include a collectible cup and popcorn tin ahead of the film’s release. The story follows Gemma, a mother who discovers she can enter The Further, and even bring its terrifying creatures back into the real world. After the episode aired, Current co-owner Angie Long talked about the effect such a high-profile appearance can have for both the team and women's sport. "It is a little bit proof of concept. Everything that we’ve built, even a show like 'Ted Lasso' is seeing it. So, I think it’s endorsement," Long told "ESPN." "But again, what it means for sport, for women’s soccer is huge." It Was TikTok Who Called Authorities Over Perez Hilton Livestream: When Perez Hilton's livestream went awry, it wasn't only followers who reached out to authorities, TikTok was on the horn as well, reporting his self-harming behavior in hopes someone would intervene. The streaming company told "TMZ,"  "Our automated moderation systems flagged the live stream within minutes and routed it to our U.S. moderation team for review. However, a moderator error caused a delay in the removal; we proactively alerted law enforcement to the situation to help get the individual support." TikTok has since banned Hilton's channel; as for Perez, he remains hospitalized, with his family saying in a statement on his website, "This has been incredibly difficult and emotional for us, made even harder because very little information has been made available to our family. While we continue to wait for further updates, we remain hopeful. We have also been able to confirm that Perez is able to communicate, which has given our family hope."

"Ready Player One" Sequel Gets Positive Update - A sequel to “Ready Player One” may be getting closer to reality. Screenwriter Zak Penn confirmed that “Ready Player Two” is still in development, telling “The Direct" during the red carpet for "Stuart Fails to Save the Universe," "I am working on it." Penn's update is the biggest sign of progress in about two years and confirms he's still attached as the screenwriter. The book’s author Ernest Cline previously said talks with Warner Bros. had begun and that he was optimistic the sequel could become a movie as well. Steven Spielberg, who directed “Ready Player One,” has since said he'd produce the sequel rather than direct it. While there is still no release timeline or casting news, it looks like the project continues to move forward behind the scenes.

Netflix Announces "Outer Banks" Podcast - With the final season of "Outer Banks" rapidly approaching, Netflix has a bonus for fans of the hit series. The streamer has announced "Outer Banks: The Official Podcast." Hosted by longtime OBX super-fan and "Chicks in the Office" co-host Ria Ciuffo, the six-episode series will celebrate the fifth and final season of the blockbuster series. The pod drops August 20, the same day Season 5 premieres on Netflix. Hurst had already filmed four episodes before production stopped, and those episodes are expected to be reshot. The series follows Kratos and his son Atreus as they set out to spread his wife Faye's ashes. The cast features Mandy Patinkin, Ed Skrein and Teresa Palmer. The Kardashian-Jenners Granted Restraining Order Against Another Stalker - A judge has granted the Kardashian-Jenner family a three-year restraining order against a Colorado man Kris Jenner described as a “stalker” with “no relationship whatsoever” to her or her family. The order requires Kyle Robert DeWick to stay at least 100 yards away and have zero contact with Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Rob, Kendall, and Kylie.  Kris previously told the court that security first became aware of DeWick after he allegedly made repeated visits to Kylie’s home in 2021. She also claimed DeWick believed she had encouraged him to pursue her youngest daughter and propose to her, which Kris firmly denied.  According to her declaration, the situation caused severe emotional distress and left her scared for her and her family’s safety.
