Keanu Reeves To Voice Shadow In Third "Sonic The Hedgehog" - The next "Sonic The Hedgehog" movie has found the voice for Shadow...Keanu Reeves! The "John Wick" actor joins a cast that includes Ben Schwartz as Sonic and Idris Elba as Knuckles…as well as James Mardsen as Sonic's friend and Jim Carrey as the evil Doctor Robotnik.  Shadow is a creation of Professor Robotnik, the grandfather of Carrey's character, in the video games. In the original "Sonic" video games, Shadow starts off as a bad guy but eventually joins up with the good guys. "Sonic The Hedgehog 3" is set to come out in December.
"One-Punch Man" Live Action Movie Coming From "Ricky And Morty" Team - A "One-Punch Man" movie has been in the works for a few years now, and it looks like its getting closer to actually coming out. The movie is based on the zany "One-Punch Man" Japanese comic, about a superhero who is so strong that he defeats everyone with one punch…but he's also so bored because nothing is challenging, and no one realizes how powerful he is.  The movie was first announced back in 2020, and in 2022 "Fast and Furious" director Justin Lin signed on to direct it. Now the script is getting a rewrite from "Ricky and Morty" alums Dan Harmon and Heather Anne Campbell. With this script punch-up...the movie moves closer to actually being made!  The "One-Punch Man" comic is one of the best-selling Japanese comics of all time, with over 30-million copies sold. The series originally started as a webcomic by writer and artist One, and gained worldwide popularity after professional artist Yusuke Murata started re-drawing the whole thing for publication.
Original "Blair Witch" Team: "No One From Reboot Has Reached Out": They were responsible for one of the most profitable movies ever made, but the team behind the original "Blair Witch Project" has gotten no love from those that have carried on the franchise. According to Ben Rock, production designer for the smash 1999 horror film, no one has talked to him or anyone else from the OG crew. Not when the sequel was made in 2000, not when a third movie was filmed in 2016. Now, with news that a reboot is on the way, Rock says that neither he nor co-directors Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sánchez have been in contact with anyone involved with the upcoming film. "It's bittersweet, honestly," Rock says. "I do think that what has happened twice now was that the original creators were overlooked, and other people were brought in, all of whom were good. But neither one of the sequels connected with audiences the way they wanted it to connect. And so it might at least be worth talking to some of the original creators."
Lainey Wilson To Get Her Own Hulu Documentary - Lainey Wilson hasn't been on the public's radar all that long. Though she's been playing country music for more than a decade, she first came to prominence when her single "Things A Man Oughta Know" hit #1 on country radio back in 2020. Since then, she's been a hit machine, scoring three more solo country hits that each hit #1 or #2, and three duets that have either hit #1 or #2 on the country charts. So who exactly is Lainey Wilson? The whole world is about to find out.
Lainey will be the subject of a documentary special being produced by Robin Roberts' production unit at ABC News Studios, and will air on Hulu next month. Of Lainey, Roberts says, "I look forward to telling stories about talented women who are strong and authentic. Lainey is definitely one of those women, and I can't wait to share her uplifting story with audiences around the world." The special will trace Wilson's beginnings in Louisiana, feature interviews with family members and BTS looks at her life as a country superstar.  The documentary special premieres on Hulu May 29.
"Outer Range" Season 2 Trailer Drops: Prime Video has released the trailer for Season 2 of their Western series "Outer Range." The Josh Brolin vehicle follows a rancher who discovers something unbelievable at the edge of Wyoming's wilderness. According to Amazon Prime, the series will go deeper into the mystery surrounding the mysterious void on the west pasture of the Abbott family ranch, as Royal (Brolin) and his wife Cecelia (Lili Taylor) struggle to keep their family together in the aftermath of their granddaughter's sudden disappearance. Season Two of the series will premiere May 16.
"Suits" Is Coming To Broadcast TV - "Suits" is returning to TV following its streaming success. This fall, all nine seasons of the legal drama will be premiering on MyNetwork TV.  The show originally aired for nine seasons on USA Network from 2011 to 2019 and starred Patrick J. Adams, Gabriel Macht, Meghan Markle, Sarah Rafferty, Gina Torres, Rick Hoffman, Dulé Hill, and Katherine Heigl. It focuses around Mike Ross, played by Adams, who never went to law school, but doesn't let that stop him from using his incredible memory to make a career as an attorney. All 134 of the original episodes will be available on MyNetwork TV.  Netflix added "Suits" in June 2023 and it was a huge streaming hit. It broke the record for the most viewing time in a single week for a library series several times, plus it was on Netflix's Top 10 chart for 13 consecutive weeks. After that streaming success, a new spinoff series, "Suits: LA" is in the works, with shooting starting this month and an expected premiere in late 2024 or early 2025.
"The Rookie" Renewed For Season 7: ABC has announced that the cop drama "The Rookie" is coming back for a seventh season. Season 6 ratings so far have been positive, perhaps making the renewal an easy one. Per ABC, the Season 6 premiere delivered 11.9-million viewers across all platforms in the Live+35 ratings, its best viewership since 2018. The premiere is also at a 2.9 rating in the adults 18-49 demographic. The series stars Nathan Fillion along with Mekia Cox, Alyssa Diaz, Richard T. Jones, Melissa O'Neil, Eric Winter, Jenna Dewan, Shawn Ashmore, Tru Valentino, and Lisseth Chavez.
"Sherlock" Creator Would Like To Do A Big-Screen Adaptation Of The TV Series: Fans of the hit BBC series "Sherlock" have been clamoring for a fifth season (or "series," as they are called in the UK). The Benedict Cumberbatch/Martin Freeman show has been a hit on both sides of the Atlantic, but it's been several years since Cumberbatch has donned his cap and overcoat to solve crimes. While another round of episodes may not be coming, how about a full-length movie? Series creator and star Mark Gattis says a feature film is definitely something they'd like to pursue. "We'd like to make a film but trying to get everyone together is very difficult," Gattis told "Deadline," adding that if you want an answer on a film, "you'll have to ask Benedict [Cumberbatch] and Martin [Freeman]."
Robyn Dixon Confirms Exit From "RHOP": OG "The Real Housewives Of Potomac" cast member Robyn Dixon has confirmed she's not coming back to the reality show. "Yes, I will not be returning for season 9 of 'The Real Housewives of Potomac'," Dixon said on her podcast "Reasonably Shady." "It's reality. The network did not invite me back. I was fired, for lack of better words. I will not sugar-coat the situation the situation and say, 'Ooh I am walking away and this is a break' or anything like this. This is a network decision." She added, "I'm okay with it because nothing lasts forever." Dixon was with the show since its beginning in 2016.
"Tamron Hall" Earns A Sixth Season: "Tamron Hall" is coming back for a sixth season. The renewal comes from ABC Owned Television Stations and broadcast groups including Hearst, Scripps, Nexstar, Tegna, Gray and AMG. The talk show currently ranks third out of the nine one-hour syndicated talk shows. It also has become the second-longest-running talk show produced by Disney. Host Hall said of the renewal, "From the start, I saw the show as a chance to build a community. Now, here we are, preparing for Season 6. Wow."
Crystal Kung Minkoff Exits "RHOBH": As the "Real Housewives" shows continue to shuffle the deck when it comes to cast members, it's been announced that Crystal Kung Minkoff will not be returning to "The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills." In an Instagram video clip, Minkoff told fans, "I just wanted to share the news that I will not be coming back to film Season 14 of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'. It's very bittersweet. Never did I think I would've been asked to do this show in a million years - let alone film it for three seasons." Minkoff joined the show in Season 11.
"Rust" Armorer Gets 18 Months -  "Rust" armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for her connection to the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins by Alec Baldwin in 2021. Gutierrez-Reed had been convicted in March of involuntary manslaughter after live rounds instead of blanks were used in Baldwin's gun during production.  Gutierrez-Reed had pled for a lesser sentence, while prosecutors claimed she hadn't shown "genuine remorse" or accepted responsibility for her actions and believed she needed to be given the max sentence. Baldwin has also been charged with involuntary manslaughter in Hutchins' death and is scheduled to head to trial in July - New Mexico Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer told Gutierrez-Reed during sentencing that she was responsible for the death of Hutchins. "You alone turned a safe weapon into a lethal weapon. But for you, Ms. Hutchins would be alive, a husband would have his partner, and a little boy would have his mother," the judge told Gutierrez-Reed.  Source: AP News
Jenna Dewan And Channing Tatum To Face Off In Court Over "Magic Mike" Money - As we told you a few days ago, Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum are still battling it out in their divorce proceedings, which began six years ago. The latest development in the legal fight has Dewan demanding a portion of the profits from the "Magic Mike" franchise, with her lawyers arguing that she's entitled to a share of the "multi-million-dollar cultural phenomenon" because it began during their marriage.  Court documents show that Dewan's legal team claims that Tatum and his financial advisors created a complex web of business entities to hide earnings from the "Magic Mike" franchise to keep Dewan from being able to get her rightful share. They also allege that Tatum's failure to disclose certain business opportunities related to "Magic Mike" following their separation in 2018 is at the heart of their dispute. Tatum's legal team is denying that his ex is due more of the "Magic Mike" money and accuses her of trying a "last ditch effort" to delay the divorce proceedings.  To come to some resolution, it looks like a trial is likely going to be necessary. Both parties have submitted lists of witnesses, which include key figures involved in the production of "Magic Mike." Notably, Tatum has included Dewan's current fiancé, Steven Kazee, in his list of witnesses to testify about their living arrangements and shared expenses. Calling Kazee to testify suggests that the dispute is far from over, and both parties are digging in for an extended battle.
"RHOM" Star Alexia Nepola's Husband Files For Divorce: "Page Six" is reporting that "The Real House Of Miami" star Alexia Nepola's husband Todd has filed for divorce after two years of marriage, citing the marriage as "irretrievably broken." Alexia commented on her Instagram Stories, saying, "I am shocked and heartbroken that Todd has chosen to dissolve our marriage. I will take comfort in the fact that my friends and family will be by side supporting me during this difficult time. I'm praying for better times ahead." Court docs indicate there is a prenup in place, though details on that are unavailable.
Gordon Ramsay's London Pub Taken Over By Squatters: Squatters have been in the news more these days, but it's not just an issue here in the states. Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is having to deal with squatters at one of his properties in the UK. Ramsay's York & Albany pub in Central London has been occupied by at least six people who allegedly boarded the windows, according to the "BBC." The building where York & Albany was located and rented by Ramsay was listed on the market for about $16-million U.S. dollars in December. In a statement to "PEOPLE" magazine, the Metropolitan Police said they were made aware of the squatters at a "disused property" April 10. As the situation is being dealt with legally, Ramsay's reps have had no comment.
"RHOP" Star Reveals She's Pregnant: She may be out as a cast member of "The Real Housewives Of Potomac," but Candiace Dillard Bassett is anything but down. The (now) former reality star has announced she and husband Chris Bassett are having a baby! Talking to "Entertainment Tonight," Bassett said "I am about 13 weeks, so just about into the second trimester. It's been weird, but also really wonderful, I think, to keep it kind of to ourselves to this's just been, like, kind of quietly just growing a bun." The happy news comes on the heels of the announcement that Bassett would not be returning to "RHOP" for its ninth season. This will be the first child for the couple.

Hannah Waddingham Puts Rude Photog In His Place: Hannah Waddingham has portrayed strong women on camera, from "Game Of Thrones" to "Ted Lasso" to "Mission Impossible." When not acting, she's still a formidable presence, as one photographer found out over the weekend. In a video posted on X, a photographer calls out to the actress, and while his comments can't be heard, Waddingham's can. "Oh my God, you'd never say that to a man, my friend." She threatened to move on if they continued, adding: "Don't be a d-k, otherwise I'll move off. Don't say 'show me leg.' No." The incident took place ahead of the prestigious Olivier Awards on Sunday. Waddingham continued to discuss the issue with the photographer as she walked from the red carpet to the Royal Albert Hall, where the event took place. As she walked away, she pointed, and added: "Have some manners."
TikTok Star Charli D'Amelio And YouTuber FaZe Banks Spark Dating Rumors After Coachella: Dating rumors have started swirling about TikTok star Charli D'Amelio and YouTuber FaZe Banks after TikToker @joy.of.everything posted a vid of the two of them at Coachella. The two are seen walking into the Neon Carnival hand in hand. In the vid, it looks like he grabs Charli's wrist, trying to hold her hand. The TikToker did also note the age difference between the two, as Charli's 19 and FaZe is 32. Charli's fresh off her split from ex Landon Barker, which we told you about back in Feb. She's since sparked dating rumors with hockey pro Joel Hofer Spark, which we also told you about.
Well, FaZe took to X yesterday to shut down the rumors, saying that Charli and his GF are "really good friends." He didn't share who his GF was. Some fans didn't believe him though, with one responding "nah homie you got caught haha" and another saying "once a cheater always a cheater."
YouTuber MrBeast Has Transformed A Nepal Hospital: You know that YouTube megastar MrBeast is big on philanthropy, even starting Beast Philanthropy. In his latest act of giving, he's renovated and powered a hospital in a remote Nepalese village, where both electricity and healthcare are scarce - so scarce that doctors would do emergency procedures by flashlight! Now, thanks to MrBeast, that's no longer the case. Beast Philanthropy partnered with The Green Program and GivePower to put solar panels to power the hospital. They also added "Nyano Nani" infant warmers, which are vital for newborns to survive, and purchased 10 more machines for other health centers.
Streamer Kai Cenat Threatens To Sue Person Who Leaked Private Images: Pics of streamer Kai Cenat and a woman in bed together have been leaked on X, with the woman accusing him of not paying her the "hush money" they agreed upon. Of course, Kai addressed this claim on a stream, super calmly, and even a bit amused. He said he'd see the woman "in court" and said she was "clout chasing." Kai also said that this encounter actually happened in early 2023, and that the woman responsible is Kiara Rush. He denied rumors that he paid her $5,000 and said the only payment he made for her was her $50 Uber. He says she's attempted to blackmail him, even sharing a recorded call allegedly made between the two. "You took a picture of me without my consent, naked. That's revenge p***," he claims. "She's panicking right now." He even started a website full of evidence against her.

The family of the comedian and Saturday Night Live cast member, who died of a drug overdose in 1997 at age 33, is cooperating with the project, NBC News reports. "This is a glory story," Hauser wrote Friday on Instagram, per People, adding, "Ready to honor Christopher." The film would be an adaptation of the best-selling The Chris Farley Show: A Biography in Three Acts by Tom Farley Jr.-the comedian's brother-and Tanner Colby. SNL's Lorne Michaels would produce. Hauser, who won an Emmy for the miniseries Black Bird, has appeared in films including Richard Jewell, Cruella, and I, Tonya. The Farley biopic would be the first directing job for Gad, who usually acts.

Apparently CBS is looking at bringing it back, following the successful reboot of another show…"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" reboot with CSI: Vegas."  The original "Cold Case" aired on CBS for seven seasons from 2003 to 2010, for a total of 156 episodes. The reboot of the show, if it makes it to air, will reportedly follow a new team of investigators fifteen years after the original series and would take place in the Southwest, instead of the original show's setting in Philadelphia.

The dancer, who auditioned for the show while pregnant in 2019, shared with her fans on Instagram that she was attacked in London with a knife and a liquid was thrown on her…which she feared was acid.  She updated her fans that she went to the hospital to get checked out. "Guys I'm in the hospital. Safety with travel is no longer a luxury but a necessity. The acid was salicylic and I was lucky. Love you guys," she told her fans.  Korra alleges her attacker was a five-foot-tall female, and she asked her fans to send any info they might have to her. She also said an investigation was underway and that others may have been attacked as well.
Isabella Strahan Undergoes Third Brain Surgery In Cancer Battle - Michael Strahan's daughter, Isabella Strahan, has shared that she's experienced a setback in her fight against brain cancer. Isabella revealed in January this year that she had been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. The 19-year-old model shared in a recent YouTube vlog that she had to go through a third craniotomy after developing a fever.  Isabella apparently has to go to the hospital anytime she gets a fever of above 100.4-degrees. A craniotomy is an operation where a small hole is made in the skull, or a piece of bone from the skull is removed. The bone is usually returned to its original position after the surgery.  While at the hospital, she had an IV inserted and fluids drained from her head, among other procedures. "I started hysterically crying because I needed to get an IV and I haven't had an IV in so long...There's ups and downs to this because I was eating so much a week ago and now I can't eat anything. I'm in a down right now," Isabella told her followers.
Honey Boo Boo Says She'll Cut Mama June Off If She Doesn't Pay Her Back - Honey Boo Boo and Mama June have been fighting about money recently. The subject just keeps popping up on the mother-daughter duo's reality TV show, "Mama June: Family Crisis." As we told you before, Honey previously called out her mom because she was apparently refusing to pay for her college expenses…but was fine spending money on things like gold chains for her boyfriend Justin Stroud.  In the latest development, Honey sat Mama June down and claimed that Mama had been spending money that was supposed to be hers…and she better pay her back quick! She sat down with her sister, Lauryn Shannon, and did the math, and they say Mama owes Honey a whopping $35-thousand!  Mama June apparently thinks that's a crazy amount, and that she doesn't have that type of money lying around. Honey Boo Boo's response is pretty straightforward…she wouldn't have to pay back Honey if she hadn't spent all her money in the first place!
Who's On The Met Gala Invite List So Far - The first Monday in May is coming up, and as those in the know know, that's when the Met Gala happens. When a Selena Gomez Instagram fan account reposted the headline, Gomez weighed in in the comments section. "Never met this human sorry," Gomez posted, effectively shutting the rumor mill down on that count.  Schlossberg is the only grandson of JFK; his parents are Caroline Kennedy and Edwin Schlossberg.
