Parker Ryan Howell is a local boy, born in 2010. At just 3-weeks old, he was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.
About Cystic Fibrosis
Cystic Fibrosis is an inherited chronic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system of about 30,000 children and adults throughout the United States.
The current Life Expectancy is about 50 Years Old.
